I can draw pretty well but my animating skills aren't that great. Is there any way I could just do the art. I would even do it for free.

I'd love to help out but unfortunately I'm a talk-show host and I know very little (if anything!) about drawing.
But I think you've made the right choice of asking someone for help. All to often people are afraid to ask for help and end up suffering in silence.
